St. Charles offers a complimentary Assisted Listening Wi-Fi network (St_Charles_ALS) and WaveCAST app (downloadable in App Store or Play Store) to enhance your Mass experience in the Church. It is easy to connect your iPhones, Android smartphones, and/or St. Charles-provided devices before Mass to experience sound enhancement. Bluetooth-enabled earbuds, wired headphones, or hearing aids connect seamlessly and enable volume control to your preference.

 

Mass attendees can visit the Ushers' Room fifteen minutes before Mass to check out a St. Charles-provided device and headphones. To connect your individual smartphone, you may access our 12-minute recorded training and handouts with step-by-step instructions below to familiarize yourself with how to connect. Printed instructions are available in the Ushers' Room or on the wall shelves outside the Parish Office. You may also fill out the survey below to request additional one-on-one support. Pro Tip: If you are unable to connect to the Wi-Fi network, turn on Airplane Mode. Turn off Airplane Mode and turn back on Wi-Fi to push through the connection.

 

WaveCAST App Update as of 11/17: A new version of the WaveCAST app has been released, so some of the images may look slightly different in the app. The main instructions remain the same.
