The admissions process provides opportunities for you to get to know St. Charles Parish School and for the school to get to know your student.
What You Should Know
Applications are accepted throughout the school year, and students of all races, creeds, and ethnic backgrounds are encouraged to apply. The enrollment process generally begins in January prior to the beginning of the school year.
- Children entering 3K must be three years old by September 1.
- Children entering 4K must be four years old by the first day of school.
- Children entering 5K must be five years old by the first day of school.
- Students may begin or transfer to St. Charles at any time during the school year, space permitting.
After the steps listed above have been completed, the admissions committee will carefully review your child's admission forms. You will be contacted in a timely manner about your child's class placement.
*A non-refundable application fee must be received before the application can be processed. St. Charles Parish School will contact you to explain the next steps in the admission process.
How to Apply
St. Charles uses the FACTS online platform for our application process. Applications for the 2025-2026 school year will open on Wednesday, January 15, 2025.
APPLICATIONS ARE OPEN FOR THE CURRENT SCHOOL YEAR!
Please note that several of our grade levels have waiting lists for the 2024-2025 school year. If you are interested in enrolling in 3K, 4K, 5K, 1st Grade, or 2nd Grade, please contact our School Office to be added to the waiting list.
