Reminders For The Week of May 13
Hard to believe but we have less than four weeks of school remaining. Let's end on a high note!
School Mass Tuesday, May 14 To Honor First Communicants: The School Mass on Tuesday, May 14 will be for students in 3K through 4th Grade and students who recently received their First Holy Communion will be honored. This is the first School Mass where our students will receive the Eucharist as a class. Please join us! Grades 5th through 8th will attend Mass on Thursday, May 16.
Rosary Group Wednesday, May 15: The final two Rosary Group sessions will be Wednesday, May 15 and Wednesday, May 29 in the Life Teen Cafe. Come pray for our school and students, teachers, staff and all families as we embark on summer break. Reciting the rosary begins promptly at 8:30 am and is finished before 9 am. Please come!
Cub Scout Recruitment: Parents and students are welcome to learn more about the group on Wednesday, May 15. Pack 24 is chartered by St. Charles Catholic Church. Boys in grades 4K through 4th Grade will meet during the day on May 15 and then parents are welcome to a recruitment event later that night at 6:30 pm in the Parish Hall. The Cub Scout program is designed to positively influence character development and encourage spiritual growth. If parents are unable to attend the meeting but would like more information, please contact Rebecca Susa Newman, recruiting coordinator, at rebeccasusa@gmail.com or Brion Collins, Cubmaster, at cubmaster@hartlandpack24.org.
Field Day: Who can help with our annual Field Day on Wednesday, May 22? There are MANY spots still open. Click HERE to volunteer. This is a terrific day for our students but it takes a lot of coordination and assistance from parents. Please help us out!
Culver's Night Out on Monday, May 13: St. Charles Night at Culver's in Hartland. Stop in for dinner or dessert between 5 pm and 8 pm and mention St. Charles and 10 percent of the sales from the evening will be donated by Culver's to the parish and school. Offer good for dine in or carry out!

Endter's Night on Sunday, May 19: St. Charles Night at Endter's in Hartland from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Endters will donate $5 for every large pizza and $3 for every small pizza to St. Charles Parish School. Dine in or carry out. To make the most of this dining night out, buy SCRIP for Endter's in the Parish Office and then spend it on your dinner! Endter's has the highest profit rate of all our SCRIP vendors with 20 percent profit given back to St. Charles. Thank you Endter's! Here is a LINK to the SCRIP form. Just fill it out and drop off to the Parish Office and pick up your SCRIP.

8th Grade Graduation Events: All School Mass celebrated on Thursday, May 30 at 8:30 am to honor the 8th Graders with the graduation ceremony later that evening beginning at 6 pm in the church and followed by a reception in the Borromeo Room.
Last Day of School for students in 3K through 7th Grade: Thursday, June 6.
