Reminders For The Week of May 28
We're down to the last eight days of school!
Dress Down Tuesday: Our students are welcome to Dress Down on Tuesday to celebrate strong scores on the spring MAP (Measure of Academic Progress) testing. Job well done! MAP scores will be sent home this week for students in 5K through 8th Grade.
8th Grade Graduation Events: An All-School Mass will be celebrated on Thursday, May 30 at 8:30 am to honor the 8th Graders. The graduation ceremony is later that evening beginning at 6 pm in the church. A reception will follow the ceremony in the Borromeo Room. Please join us for all of these activities and give your congratulations to our graduates!
Rosary Group Wednesday, May 29: The final Rosary Group session will be Wednesday, May 29 in the Life Teen Cafe. Come pray for our school and students, teachers, staff and all families as we embark on summer break. Reciting the rosary begins promptly at 8:30 am and is finished before 9 am. Please come!
Lost and Found: The final call for Lost and Found items. The container outside the School Office is overflowing with jackets, lunchboxes, water bottles, snow gear, shoes and other clothing. Take five minutes to look through the bin and see if anything belongs to your child. Any items not picked up by Friday, May 31 will be donated or discarded.
All Library Books Due TODAY! Please turn in those books NOW! Also Mrs. Acker needs help closing out the library for this school year which includes inventory and restocking during the week of May 28. Can you help? Click HERE to volunteer.
SCRIP Purchases: Have you fulfilled your SCRIP requirement this school year? Please make all SCRIP purchases by Friday, May 31 so the profits can be applied to your name. Any families who have not met their requirements ($75 in SCRIP profit for full-time families and $40 in SCRIP profit for families with only preschool students) will be charged on their TADS accounts in June. This is an easy fundraiser and the school earns thousands of dollars through SCRIP each year. Please help us meet our goal.
Athletic Registration: Don't delay registering your children for sports for the 2019-2020 School Year. St. Charles fields teams in volleyball, basketball, cross country and track for 5th through 8th Graders and cheerleading is open to students in 3rd through 8th Grades.
