The Week Ahead includes important information as you start off your week:
Parking, Drop Off and Pick Up For Monday: Drop off on Monday morning, September 9 will continue to be at the gym entrance off of Renson Road. Doors will open at 7:45 a.m., and students will wait inside near the gym until 8:15 a.m. when the first bell rings. If you prefer parking, we ask that you park on the side streets off of Renson Road and walk your children in through the gym entrance. We expect to return to normal pick up by Monday afternoon. If there is a change, we will notify you as soon as possible. Don't forget - pick ups and drop offs are not allowed on Renson Road; that is for buses only. Thank you for your patience throughout this past week - we appreciate your understanding. We hope your family was able to enjoy Fall Fest this weekend!
Culver's Night on Monday, September 9: Stop in at Culver's in Hartland between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m. Mention you're with St. Charles, and 10% of the evening's sales will be donated to the school. Offer good for dine in or drive thru.
Spirit Wear On Wednesday, September 11: Students are encouraged to wear Spirit Wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday, September 11 and every Wednesday during the school year. Need more Spirit Wear? The Fall sale begins later this month!
Parent Information Night on Wednesday, September 11: We will be hosting Parent Info Night at 5:30-7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, September 11 for 5-8th graders. Parents will be able to meet teachers, get general classroom information, and check out classrooms! The event will start in the STEM room.
Mass Days This Week: Students in 4K through 4th Grade will attend Mass on Tuesday, September 10, and students in 5th through 8th Grades attend Thursday, September 12. Please remember, no shorts and no Dress Down Passes on Mass days.
Endter's Night on Sunday, September 15: St. Charles Night at Endter's in Hartland will be from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Endter's will donate $5 for every large pizza and $3 for every small pizza to St. Charles Parish School. Dine in or carry out.
Looking Ahead To The Week of September 16:
* Tuesday, September 17: Early Release for Teacher Inservice. Students will be released at 11:45 a.m.
SAVE THE DATE!
Soles for Catholic Education: The annual Soles for Catholic Education Walk will be held on Saturday, October 19 at 8:30 a.m. Please register for the two-mile walk and make a donation. Registration is free through September 25; otherwise, the registration fee will be $10/person. Anyone who registers before October 9 will receive a t-shirt. All donations raised will stay here at St. Charles! Find out more information and register at www.catholicschoolswalk.org.
To register, select Register to Join Your School's Team and then either Join As a New Participant or enter your login information if you are a Returning User. Locate St. Charles - Hartland under the School Selection dropdown menu and click Search for a Team. Select St. Charles - Hartland Crusaders and click Join. You will then be able to register for the event.
