Reminders to start off your week:
Early Release Day On Tuesday, September 17: Students will be released at 11:45 a.m. This In-service Day allows teachers time to work at school and prepare for the rest of the year. The next Teacher In-service Day is Friday, October 11; there will not be school that day.
Spirit Wear On Wednesday, September 18: Students are encouraged to wear Spirit Wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday, September 18 and every Wednesday during the school year. Need more Spirit Wear? The fall sale will run from September 27-October 7. Click here to read more! Please note: items will not be delivered until early November.
Mass Days This Week: Students in 4K through 4th Grade will attend Mass on Tuesday, September 17, and students in 5th through 8th Grade attend on Thursday, September 19. Please remember - no shorts and no Dress Down Passes on Mass days.
Looking Ahead To The Week of September 22:
Monday, September 23: The Dress Down Pass Sale will run from September 23-27. Purchase five dress down passes for $10 and let your kids have days off from wearing their uniform. New this year for first semester: Each child can purchase 2 packs of 5 dress down passes ($10/pack). Print the form here and turn it in to the school office. The $10 fee will be applied to your TADS account. Students must use all of their 1st semester passes by February 1, 2020. Dress down passes cannot be used on Mass days. Passes purchased during this sale will be distributed to families the week of October 7.
Tuesday, September 25: Last day for free registration for the Soles for Catholic Education Walk. This is a fun event - sign up now! You will be done walking and celebrating by about noon. Register here and sign up under the "St. Charles - Hartland Crusaders" team. Join us on October 19!
Friday, September 27: School Photo Make-up (or Retake) Day. If your child would like to retake his or her photo, please bring the proofs and give them to the photographer. If your child hasn't taken a school photo yet, please take the photo on this day. Students are welcome to wear whatever they want for the photos, but they will have to change into their uniform after the photos unless they have a Dress Down pass.
Friday, September 27: The Spirit Wear Sale begins! This is the only sale before Christmas, and spirit wear items make great Christmas gifts!
