Reminders to start off your week:
School Directory - 1st Draft: The first draft of the 2019-2020 St. Charles Parish School Directory is now available! Please link to the directory here. We ask that you take a few minutes to review your family's information. If anything is incorrect, please email Allison Caswell with the correct information, and the changes will be made for the final directory. Please send corrections by tomorrow, September 23. The final directory will be sent electronically early next month. Thank you again for reviewing your family's information!
Dress Down Pass Sale: The sale will run from September 23-27. Purchase five dress down passes for $10 and let your kids have days off from wearing their uniform. New this year for first semester: Each child can purchase 2 packs of 5 dress down passes ($10/pack). Print the form here and turn it in to the school office. The fee will be applied to your TADS account. Students must use all of their 1st semester passes by February 1, 2020. Dress down passes cannot be used on Mass days. Passes purchased during this sale will be distributed to families the week of October 7.
Mass Days This Week: Students in 4K through 4th Grade will attend Mass on Tuesday, September 24, and students in 5th through 8th Grades attend Thursday, September 26. Please remember no shorts and no Dress Down Passes on Mass days.
Soles Walk FREE Registration Ends Wednesday, September 25: Last day for free registration for the Soles Walk for Catholic Education. Don't delay! Sign up now. This is a fun event, and you will be done walking and celebrating by about noon on Saturday, October 19 at Mount Mary University. Register here and look under "St. Charles - Hartland Crusaders." Join our team now!
Spirit Wear On Wednesday, September 25: Students are encouraged to wear Spirit Wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday, September 25 and every Wednesday during the school year. Need more Spirit Wear? The Fall sale begins Friday, September 27. Learn more here.
School Makeup Photos On Friday, September 27: School Photo Makeup (or Retake) Day in the Parish Hall. If your child would like to retake his or her photo, please bring the proofs and give them to the photographer. If your child hasn't taken a school photo yet, he or she will take the photo on this day. Students are welcome to wear whatever they want for their photo, but they will have to change into their uniform after the photo unless they have a Dress Down pass.
Looking Ahead To The Week of September 29:
Through Monday, October 7: St. Charles Spirit Wear Sale. Order t-shirts, sweatshirts, jackets, hats, and more for kids, men and women. Students are welcome to wear Spirit Wear t-shirts and sweatshirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesdays. Learn more about the sale here.
Saturday, October 5: Our first annual Father Daughter Dance will be on Saturday, October 5 from 6:30-8:30 p.m. Please RSVP by turning in this form to the school office by September 27.
