Reminders
for this week:
HAWS
Donations: Our
Webelos Den Pack 24 is
looking for donations for
HAWS! They are in need of
new or gently-used dog and
cat toys, unexpired dog
and cat food, and clean
small blankets/throws.
Items can be dropped off
in the bin by the school
office by Friday.
Silent
Entrance and Dismissal: We
will continue to have a
Silent Entrance and Silent
Exit this week as we prepare
for the birth of Jesus
Christ throughout this
Advent season. We will have
Silent Entrance this week on
Monday,
December 16 and
Silent Dismissal on Friday,
December 20.
Culver's Night Out:
St. Charles Night at
Culver's in Hartland is on Monday!
Stop in for dinner or
dessert between 5-8
p.m. and
mention St. Charles. 10% of
sales from the evening will
be donated by Culver's to
the parish and school. Offer
good for dine in or carry
out.
Dress
Down Day: Wear
crazy sweaters and socks on
Wednesday!
This is in conjunction with
our sock drive to benefit
The Hope Center in
Waukesha. They are in need
of new socks and underwear
as well as new or
gently-used hats, gloves,
and scarves. Help spread
the warmth this Christmas
season by donating items
in the box outside of the
school office by Wednesday.
Mass This Week:
We will have all-school Mass
on Thursday at
8:30
a.m. with
our 4th Graders leading the
Mass. All are welcome to
join!
Blessings in a
Backpack: Our
students will be
participating in our annual
Blessings in a Backpack
service project on Thursday.
We need lots of
parent volunteers to help
make this day a success!
- We need
10-12 parents to pick up
items from Sam's Club
and Blessings in a
Backpack's warehouse
(both in Waukesha) on Wednesday
at 1 p.m. Minivans, large SUV's, and
pickup trucks are
preferred.
- We
need 4-6 parents to help
monitor operations during
the service project in the
gym from approximately 1-2:30
p.m. on Thursday.
- Do
you have handcarts/flatbed
carts or convertible
dollies? We could use 4-6
of them on Wednesday
and Thursday.
- Do
you have a trailer or box
truck? We could use your
help on Wednesday from
approximately 1-2:30
p.m.

Advent
Parties:
Students in all grades
will have Advent parties
after completing our
Advent Service Project at
around 2:30
p.m.
on Thursday.
Living Nativity:
Our 2nd and 3rd grade
students will perform a
live, costumed
re-enactment of the
Christmas Story in
Scripture and in song on Friday at
10:30
a.m.
Everyone is welcome to
join us!
Early Release: Students
will be released at 11:45
a.m.
on Friday!
Endter's Night:
St. Charles Night at
Endter's in Hartland will
be on Sunday,
December 22
from 4-10
p.m.!
Endter's will donate $5
for every large pizza and
$3 for every small pizza
to St. Charles Parish
School. Dine in or carry
out.
