Here are a few reminders for this week:
Silent Entrance and Dismissal: We will have Silent Entrance and Silent Dismissal this week as we continue to prepare for the birth of Jesus Christ throughout Advent. Silent Entrance will be on Monday, and Silent Dismissal will be on Friday.

Dress Down Days: We have two Dress Down Days this week! Monday is Silent Night/Pajama Day, and Friday is Christmas Sweater Day!

Masses This Week: Students in 4K-4th Grade will attend Mass on Tuesday with 3rd Graders leading the Mass. Students in 5-8th Grade will attend Mass on Thursday with 7th Graders leading the Mass. Please join us! Mass begins at 8:30 a.m. each day. Students must be in uniform.

Report Cards/Trimester 1: First trimester report cards were sent home on Thursday, December 9. Please sign and return the envelope with your child by Tuesday!

Re-enrollment for 2022-2023 School Year: It's almost re-enrollment time for the 2022-2023 school year! On Wednesday, you will receive an email from TADS to enroll your child for next year. We want to make sure you are able to reserve your spot now as we will be opening enrollment for all new families starting January 17, 2022.  


Looking ahead to the week of December 19:
Endter's Night Out: St. Charles Night at Endter's is on Sunday, December 19 from 4-10 p.m.! Endter's will donate $5 for every large pizza and $3 for every small pizza to St. Charles Parish School. Dine in or carry out. Don't forget to buy SCRIP for Endter's! They generously give us a 20% rebate on gift cards. 

Advent Classroom Parties: Advent classroom parties will be on Tuesday, December 21! More information is coming soon. 

Early Release: We have early release on Wednesday, December 22! Students will be dismissed at 11:45 a.m. 

Hot Lunch Orders: Hot lunch orders for the week of December 20 are due by Wednesday! Please visit Kettle Moraine's website to place your order. Late orders will not be accepted.  

Parking Lot Barriers: All cones and barriers have been removed for salting and snow plowing purposes. We will continue with all current drop-off and pick-up procedures, but you will no longer see the orange cones and barriers. Safe parking will remain in the same area, and our drop-off and pick-up lines will operate in the same manner. Please remember that if you need to get out of your car to help your child to please use the Safe Parking area. Thank you for your help in keeping everyone safe!

Box of Balloons Project: Our school will be supporting Waukesha's Box of Balloons this year! Each grade will be working together to gather supplies and create decorations to be used for a child's birthday party. Children in need are identified by a local social worker and collaborate with Box of Balloons to make Each Birthday Happy and Every Child Celebrated. Box of Balloons is a non-profit organization started by Caroline Wayer, a current CMH student. She will speak to students on Tuesday, December 21 to explain the mission of Box of Balloons and inspire our students to always seek out ways to celebrate God's gift of life. Please watch for more information on how you can help from your child's teacher. All materials will be collected by Monday, December 20. We are looking forward to celebrating the season of giving as a community!
