Here are a few reminders for this week:
School Photos: Scholastic Reflections will be coming on Monday for 8th Grade Formal Pictures and Clubs/Activities Pictures. Basketball Pictures will be taken after school. Please make sure that your child brings any clothing that they might need for these photos! 

Penny Wars: From Monday through Friday, each classroom will partake in a Penny Wars fundraiser in support of our Auction on Saturday, February 26! Class jars will be placed outside the School Office for students to participate. A penny war fundraiser builds spirit and promotes friendly competition. Kids bring in spare change and deposit it into containers throughout the week. Students who want their class to win will place pennies into their own classroom containers and nickels, dimes, quarters, or dollar bills into other classrooms containers. The classroom with the most pennies wins a doughnut breakfast party. Let the Penny Wars begin! 

Spring Musical Auditions: Auditions for our Spring Musical will be on Monday and Wednesday from 3:30-5 p.m. Call backs will be on Friday from 4-7 p.m. Please visit our website for more information!

Masses This Week: Students in 4K-4th Grade will attend Mass on Tuesday with 1st Graders leading the Mass. Students in 5th-8th Grade will attend Mass on Thursday with 5th Graders leading the Mass. Please join us! Mass begins at 8:30 a.m. each day. Students must be in uniform.

Chick-fil-A Lunch: The Home and School Association will be hosting a Chick-fil-A lunch fundraiser on Wednesday! Please print off the order form and turn it in by tomorrow morning. Our regular hot lunch program will not be offered that day. 

Spirit Wear for SCRIP Wednesday: Students can wear spirit wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday! You do not need to purchase SCRIP for your child to wear spirit wear, but we encourage you to purchase it throughout the year in support of St. Charles!  


Looking ahead to the week of January 16:
Endter's Night Out: St. Charles Night at Endter's is on Sunday, January 16 from 4-10 p.m.! Endter's will donate $5 for every large pizza and $3 for every small pizza to St. Charles Parish School. Dine in or carry out. Don't forget to buy SCRIP for Endter's! They generously give us a 20% rebate on gift cards. 

No School: There is no school on Monday, January 17 due to Teacher In-service. 

Auction Theme Baskets: Collections for auction theme baskets will begin on Tuesday, January 18! Donated items can be dropped off between 8-8:25 a.m. at the school's drop-off location. Collections will be taken through Friday, January 21. Please visit our website for more information on what items we are looking to have donated and the donation intake form! 

Volunteer Opportunities: We would love your help in our lunch room and health room! Please visit the Lunch Room sign-up page and the Health Room sign-up page to check out open opportunities. Parents must be safeguarded and have a current background check (from within the last five years) in order to volunteer. Please contact the School Office if you are unsure of your status. 

Auction Registration: Have you registered for our Auction on Saturday, February 26 yet? If not, don't delay! Please visit our Givesmart website to sign up. We can't wait to see you there!

Re-enrollment for 2022-2023 School Year: Re-enrollment has started for the 2022-2023 school year! You should have received an email from TADS to enroll your child for next year. We want to make sure you are able to reserve your spot as we will be opening enrollment for all new students starting January 17, 2022.
