Here are a few reminders for this week:
Endter's Night Out: St. Charles Night at Endter's is tonight until 10 p.m.! Endter's will donate $5 for every large pizza and $3 for every small pizza to St. Charles Parish School. Dine in or carry out. Don't forget to buy SCRIP for Endter's! They generously give us a 20% rebate on gift cards.

Borromeo Room Greeters: We are in need of help in our Borromeo Room this week! Parent volunteers will welcome visitors and direct them to the Parish Office as needed. This is a great chance to meet parishioners and fellow parents! Please visit our sign-up page to check out what opportunities we have open. 

Masses This Week: Students in 4K-4th Grade will attend Mass on Tuesday with 3rd Graders leading the Mass. Students in 5th-8th Grade will attend Mass on Thursday with 8th Graders leading the Mass. Please join us! Mass begins at 8:30 a.m. each day. Students must be in uniform; shorts are not allowed.

Spirit Wear for SCRIP Wednesday: Students can wear spirit wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday! You do not need to purchase SCRIP for your child to wear spirit wear, but we encourage you to purchase it throughout the year in support of St. Charles!  

Special Dress Down Day: There will be a special dress down day on Friday, which is open to any student who brings in $1. This money will go toward a goodbye gift for Fr. Nick. Please turn your donations in to your homeroom teacher. 


Looking ahead to the week of May 22:
Band Parent Meeting: There will be a parent meeting for families interested in participating in band for the 2022-2023 school year on Monday, May 23 at 7 p.m. in the STEM Lab. 

Mother Son Event: Come make some fun memories with your son at the Dock Hounds game on Tuesday, May 24! He will have an opportunity to line up on the field at the start of the game, creating a tunnel for the players to walk onto the field. Hotdog and soda voucher is included with each ticket. $5 per ticket sold will come back to St. Charles. Please visit their website to purchase your tickets to the event.

Field Day: Field Day will be on Wednesday, May 25! Thank you to all of the parents who have volunteered to help make this day a success! 

Used Uniform Sale: Our Home and School Association is hosting a used uniform sale on Wednesday, July 27! Please stop by the STEM Lab between 3-5 p.m. for uniform items in various sizes. Visit their flier for more information. You can also donate uniform items that you no longer need before then! There is a collection bin located outside of the School Office. 

Library Updates: This week is the last week to check out books only if all overdue books are already turned in! If your child is working on a project, Mrs. Acker will extend the due date. Please email Mrs. Acker if you have any questions and/or if you need an extension. All library books are due the week of May 23. Thank you for all of your support in your child's reading journey this year!
