Here are a few reminders for this week:
Meet & Greet: We are so excited to welcome all of our families back to school on Monday for Meet & Greet! Families are invited to stop by anytime between 12-6 p.m. to meet teachers, bring in school supplies, and have yearbook photos taken. Please visit our Parish Hall area, too, to learn more about our Home & School Association, Fall Fest, and Cub Scouts. 

First Day of School: Our first day of school is on Tuesday!

Welcome Back Parent Coffee: Join the Home & School Hospitality Committee on Tuesday immediately following school drop off for coffee, donuts, and socialization with other parents in the Parish Hall.

Spirit Wear for SCRIP Wednesday: Students can wear spirit wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday! You do not need to purchase SCRIP for your child to wear spirit wear, but we encourage you to purchase it throughout the year in support of St. Charles!  

8th Grade Commissioning Mass: Our first all-school Mass of the year will be on Friday with 8th Graders leading the Mass! Students must be in uniform. All are welcome to join! Mass begins at 8:30 a.m. 


Looking ahead to the week of September 4
No School: There is no school on Monday, September 5 in observance of Labor Day and on Friday, September 9 for the first day of Fall Fest!

Culver's Night Out: Culver's Night Out is on Monday, September 5 from 5-8 p.m. at the Hartland location. Mention you're with St. Charles so that we will receive 10% of the evening's sales.

Fall Fest: Fall Fest runs from Friday, September 9 through Sunday, September 11! Don't miss this beloved fundraiser. We would also love your help! If you're interested in volunteering, please visit our website or the Fall Fest table at Meet & Greet to check out available opportunities.

Back-to-School Forms: Please visit our website for all of our back-to-school forms! Forms should be returned to the School Office tomorrow.

Room Parents: Interested in being a Room Parent for your child's class? Please visit our sign-up page for more information! 

Hot Lunch: If you would like your child to participate in the hot lunch program, you will need to register for an account with Kettle Moraine. Please visit their website for more information and to register. 

Drop Off/Pick Up: We will continue our morning drop-off and afternoon pick-up procedures as we did last year. Please review our parking lot map for more information prior to Tuesday. The parking lot does not open until 2:50 p.m., and we ask that you do not line up on the street prior to that time.

Lunch Room & Health Room: Interested in volunteering in our lunch room or health room? We would love your help! Please visit our sign-up pages to see what opportunities are available. Please remember that volunteers must complete Safe Environment training before they can volunteer in the school.

Youth Choir & Schola: Both Youth Choir and Schola are starting soon for students in 3rd-8th Grade! Is your child interested in sharing their vocal talents? Please visit our website for more information!

Food Drive Donations: St. Charles is coordinating a community food drive in conjunction with Fall Fest through Sunday, September 11! Please support those in need and bring your donations to Meet & Greet or any time during the first week of school. Food donation bins are in the Borromeo Room and by the Gym entrance. Specific items in need are fruit juice, toilet paper, Kleenex, paper towel, cleaning supplies, and spaghetti sauce.
