Happy Mother's Day to all of the mothers in our community!
Here are a few reminders for this week:
Masses This Week: Students in 3K-4th Grade will attend Mass on Tuesday with 3rd Graders in Ms. Sheehan's homeroom leading the Mass. Students in 5th-8th Grade will attend Mass on Thursday with 7th Graders in Mrs. Nelson's homeroom leading the Mass. Please join us! Mass begins at 8:30 a.m. each day. Students must be in uniform.
May Crowning: St. Charles will celebrate May Crowning on Tuesday following the 8:30 a.m. Daily Mass. After Mass, parishioners will pray the Mother of Perpetual Help Devotions and then proceed outside to the Mary statue. Our 2nd Graders will be dressed in their First Eucharist outfits, and one student will be chosen to place the crown of flowers on the Mary statue. Attendees are invited to bring fresh flowers to place in a vase at the foot of the Mary statue.
Spirit Wear for SCRIP Wednesday: Students can wear spirit wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday! You do not need to purchase SCRIP for your child to wear spirit wear, but we encourage you to purchase it throughout the year in support of St. Charles.
Looking ahead to the week of May 21:
Field Day: Field Day will be on Wednesday, May 24! We are in need of volunteers to make that day a success. Please visit our sign-up page to check out available opportunities.
Mother-Son Event: The Home & School Association is excited to host a Mother-Son Dockhounds game on Wednesday, May 24 at 6:35 p.m.! Visit their website to purchase your tickets and join the fun. We look forward to seeing you there! Contact Kristen Jessup with any questions.
Golf Outing: Registration for the 22nd Annual St. Charles Parish Golf Outing is due by Friday, May 26! Please visit our website to sign up and/or to become a sponsor. REMINDERS
Lost & Found: If your child has lost anything throughout the last couple of months at school, please check our Lost & Found outside of the School Office! Unclaimed items will be donated after Friday, May 26.

Lunch Room, Recess Supervision, & Health Room: We would love your help in our lunch room and health room or outside for lunch recess supervision! Please visit our sign-up pages to see what opportunities are available. Please remember that volunteers must complete Safe Environment training before they can volunteer in the school.
