The Week Ahead includes important information as you start off your week:
Parking, Drop Off and Pick Up For Monday: Drop off on Monday morning, Sept. 10 will continue to be at the gym entrance off of Renson Road. Doors will open at 7:45 am and students can go to the gym until 8:15 am when the first bell rings. If you prefer parking we ask that you park on the side streets off of Renson Road and walk your children in through the gym entrance. We expect to return to normal pick up at the front of the school by Monday afternoon. If there is a change we will send an email by 2 pm. We thank you again for your patience during the last week and we appreciate your understanding. We hope your family was able to enjoy Fall Fest this weekend!
Culver's Night on Monday, Sept. 10: Stop in at Culver's in Hartland between 5 pm and 8 pm and mention St. Charles and 10 percent of the evening's sales will be donated to the school. Offer good for dine in or drive thru. Who's ready for dinner and/or dessert at Culver's? Eat out and support St. Charles.
Spirit Wear On Wednesday, Sept. 12: Students are encouraged to wear Spirit Wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday, Sept. 12 and every Wednesday during the school year. Need more Spirit Wear? The fall sale begins later this month. Learn more here.
Please Wear Uniform On Thursday, Sept. 13: We are taking classroom photos for the website on Thursday, Sept. 13 and we're asking all students to wear their uniform that day so no Dress Down Passes please. Any combination of the uniform is fine. Photos of each class will be placed on the school website later this month.
Mass Days This Week: Students in 4K through 4th Grade will attend Mass on Tuesday, Sept. 11 and students in 5th through 8th Grades attend Thursday, Sept. 13. Please remember no shorts and no Dress Down Passes on Mass days.
Dress Down Passes: Purchase five Dress Down passes for $10 and let your kids have days off from wearing their uniform. Print the form here and turn it into the School Office. The $10 fee will be applied to your TADS account. Students must use all their passes by mid-January 2019. Dress Down passes can't be used on Mass days. The deadline to return the form is Friday, Sept. 14.
Looking Ahead To The Week of Sept. 17:
* Tuesday, Sept. 18: Early Release for Teacher InService. Students in grades 5K through 8th Grade are released at 11:45 am. Students in 3K and 4K are released at 11:30 am.
* Friday, Sept. 21: Adore Family Holy Hour. Please join this wonderful group for adoration and then play in the gym to round out the evening. Adoration begins at 6:30 pm. More information here.
