Here are a few reminders for this week:
Homework Club: Our Homework Club will meet after school on
Monday! If your child cannot attend, please let
Mrs. Henkel or
Mrs. Hanaway know. As a reminder, please pick up your child at the West/Gym doors after the club meets.
MAP Testing Progress Reports: Winter MAP Testing results will be sent home Monday for students in 5K-8th Grade. These reports are used to help teachers and students set specific learning goals, track achievement, and monitor academic growth. Students will take the math and reading tests again in Spring. You can learn more about MAP Testing from the Parent Toolkit. Please contact your child's teacher with any questions you may have.
Masses This Week: Students in 3K-4th Grade will attend Mass on
Tuesday with 4th Graders in Ms. Sheehan's homeroom leading the Mass. Students in 5th-8th Grade will attend Mass on
Thursday with 6th Graders in Mrs. Birk's homeroom leading the Mass. Please join us! Mass begins at
8:30 a.m. on
Tuesday and at
9 a.m. on
Thursday. Students must be in uniform.
Spirit Wear Wednesday: Students can wear spirit wear shirts with uniform bottoms on
Wednesday!
Dress Down Day: Students and staff are welcome to dress down on
Friday in red, pink, and white clothing in honor of Valentine's Day!
Classroom Parties: We will have classroom parties on
Friday for Valentine's Day. If you are volunteering in your child's homeroom, please enter through the school's main entrance doors and get a nametag in the School Office.
Looking ahead to the week of February 16:
Sweet Dreams Dining Out: Please stop by Sweet Dreams in Hartland anytime between
11 a.m.-8 p.m. on
Monday, February 17 and let staff know you are there for St. Charles' Dining Out. We will receive at least 10% of sales that day!
Pizza Lunch: Our next pizza lunch fundraiser will be on
Wednesday, February 19! Our 7th Graders will be sponsoring this lunch. Please print and submit the
order form to the School Office by
Friday, February 14. No hot lunch will be served that day.

No School: There is no school on
Friday, February 21 due to Teacher In-service.
