Here are a few reminders for this week:
Homework Club: Our Homework Club will meet after school tomorrow! If your child cannot attend, please let Mrs. Henkel or Mrs. Hanaway know. As a reminder, please pick up your child at the West/Gym doors.

Masses This Week: Students in 5K-4th Grade will attend Mass on Tuesday with students in Mrs. Halvorson's 2nd Grade homeroom leading the Mass. Our 5th-8th Graders will attend Mass on Thursday with students in Mrs. Nelson's 7th Grade homeroom leading the Mass. Please join us! Mass begins at 8:30 a.m. Students must be in uniform.

Spirit Wear Wednesday: Students can wear spirit wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday!
 
Pizza Lunch: Our 8th Graders are sponsoring our pizza lunch fundraiser on Wednesday! Please have your child bring a cold lunch if they did not place an order. No hot lunch will be served that day. Sorry, no late orders will be accepted.  


Looking ahead to the week of October 19:
Duke's Dining Out: St. Charles' Dining Out at Duke's is on Wednesday, October 22 from open to close! Duke's will donate $5 for every large pizza and $3 for every small pizza to St. Charles Parish School. Dine in or carry out. Don't forget to buy SCRIP for Duke's! They generously give us a 20% rebate on gift cards.

Trunk or Treat: Our Home & School Association is hosting Trunk or Treat again this year! The event will be held on Friday, October 24 from 6-7 p.m. in our West Lot. For more information and to sign up by this Friday, please check out the registration flier
NEWS & NOTES
Book Fair: Our Annual Book Fair is coming soon! St. Charles is partnering with I:55 Book Fairs this year, and we will be hosting the Book Fair in our library. Students will be able to visit the Fair and purchase books from November 3-5. Parents are welcome to shop during Parent/Teacher Conferences on November 6 and 7. The Book Fair will also be open before and after the 5 p.m. Mass on Saturday, November 8 and the morning Masses on Sunday, November 9 in the Church corridor.
