Mass This Week: Students in 4K-8th Grade will attend our all-school Immaculate Conception Mass on
Monday with students in 4th Grade leading the Mass. Please join us! Mass begins at
8:30 a.m. Students must be in uniform.
Homework Club: Our Homework Club will meet after school
tomorrow! If your child cannot attend, please let
Mrs. Henkel or
Mrs. Hanaway know. As a reminder, please pick up your child at the West/Gym doors.
Sweet Dreams Dining Out: Our Home & School Association is partnering with Sweet Dreams in Hartland again this year for monthly dining out opportunities! Stop by anytime on
Tuesday and let staff know you are there for St. Charles' Dining Out. We will receive 15% of sales that day.

Spirit Wear Wednesday: Students can wear spirit wear shirts with uniform bottoms on
Wednesday!
School Musical Parent Meeting: In preparation for our January auditions for
Junie B. Jones The Musical Jr., there will be a mandatory parent-only meeting on
Wednesday at
6 p.m. in the STEM Room. Parents of 3rd-8th Graders, please join us to find out more about this incredible opportunity!
Re-enrollment Begins: Re-enrollment for the 2026-2027 school year will open on
Thursday morning. You will receive an email with instructions on how to complete enrollment for your child. Families will also be able to submit applications for children who do not currently attend St. Charles at that time. Re-enrollment packets and new student applications are due by
Friday, January 9.
Advent Concert: We are looking forward to our Advent Concert on
Thursday at
6:30 p.m. in the Church! Doors will open at
6 p.m. As a reminder, Reconciliation is held from 5-6 p.m. that evening. Please be quiet and respectful when entering the Church.
Dress Down Day: We will have a "Silent Night" Dress Down Day on
Friday! Students and staff are welcome to wear pajamas and/or comfy clothes.

| Pizza Lunch: Our 8th Graders are sponsoring our pizza lunch fundraiser on Wednesday, December 17! Please print and submit the order form to the School Office by Friday, December 12. No hot lunch will be served that day. Sorry, no late orders will be accepted. |

Advent Service Project: We are partnering with Our Lady of Grace Academy, a 4K-8th Grade Catholic school in Racine, to create care packages for their classrooms. The goal of this project is to lessen the burden of food insecurity as well as some basic needs for the students attending Our Lady of Grace Academy. Your donations will be greatly appreciated by both teachers and students. Please consider donating an item or items that are assigned to your student=E2=80=99s grade level. We will be accepting donations through
Wednesday, December 17.

Duke's Dining Out: St. Charles' Dining Out at Duke's is on
Wednesday, December 17 from open to close! Duke's will donate $5 for every large pizza and $3 for every small pizza to St. Charles Parish School. Dine in or carry out. Don't forget to buy SCRIP for Duke's! They generously give us a 20% rebate on gift cards.
Strings & Band Advent Concert: Our Strings and Band Advent Concert will be on
Wednesday, December 17 at
6 p.m. in the Borromeo Hall. Please join us for an evening of joyous music!
Advent Classroom Parties: We will have Advent classroom parties on
Thursday, December 18!
Living Nativity: Our 2nd and 3rd Graders are excited to participate in the Living Nativity! All are welcome to attend on
Friday, December 19 at
10:30 a.m. in the Church.
