Here are a few reminders for this week:
MAP Testing: MAP Testing is administered three times a year in Fall, Winter, and Spring for students in 5K-8th Grade for math and reading. The testing window for students begins on Monday. Classroom teachers will communicate specific testing dates. We encourage students to prioritize sleep and a healthy breakfast as well as attendance on testing days. Individual student reports will be emailed to parents by homeroom teachers. Please read a letter from Principal Garvey for more information. 

Home & School Association Meeting: All parents are welcome to attend our Home & School Association Meeting on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. in the STEM Room! This is a great opportunity to learn how you can get involved at St. Charles.

Spirit Wear Wednesday: Students can wear spirit wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday!

All-School Mass: We will celebrate an all-school Mass on Thursday with our 7th Graders leading the Mass. Students must be in uniform. All are welcome to attend! Mass begins at 8:30 a.m. 


Looking ahead to the week of September 6:
No School: There is no school on Monday, September 7 in honor of Labor Day and on Friday, September 11 due to Fall Fest. 

Fall Fest: Fall Fest runs from September 11-13! Interested in volunteering or attending the event? Visit our website for more information. 
REMINDERS
Room Parents Needed: Are you interested in being a Room Parent for your child's homeroom? Please visit our sign-up page for more information and to volunteer! There will be a Room Parent Meeting on Thursday, September 17 at 6 p.m. in the STEM Room for those who sign up. 

Evening of Reflection: Our Women's Ministry is looking forward to hosting an Evening of Reflection for Women on Wednesday, September 16 at 5:15 p.m. in the Borromeo Hall. The theme is "A Walk Through the Mass" with Fr. Aaron, followed by a soup and salad supper. The event is free and open to all women. For more information and to register, please check out the flyer.
