Here are a few reminders for this week:
Temporary Drop-off/Pick-up Procedures: As a reminder, our drop-off and pick-up procedures will remain in place through Tuesday due to Fall Fest cleanup. For more information, please review our temporary procedures

Masses This Week: Students in 4K-4th Grade will attend Mass on Tuesday with students in Mr. Dockstader's 4th Grade homeroom leading the Mass. Our 5th-8th Graders will attend Mass on Thursday with 5th Graders in Mr. Soens' homeroom leading the Mass. Please join us! Mass begins at 9 a.m. on Tuesday and at 8:30 a.m. on Thursday. Students must be in uniform. 

Qdoba Dining Out: Our Home & School Association is excited to partner with Qdoba for a Dining Out Night on Tuesday from 4-8 p.m. at the Delafield location! In order for us to receive proceeds from this fundraiser, you must present the flyer in store or use the promo code on the flyer for online orders. We will receive 25% of sales that evening. Treat your family for Taco Tuesday while supporting our school!

Spirit Wear Wednesday: Students can wear spirit wear shirts with uniform bottoms on Wednesday!

Evening of Reflection: Our Women's Ministry is looking forward to hosting an Evening of Reflection for Women on Wednesday at 5:15 p.m. in the Borromeo Hall. The theme is "A Walk Through the Mass" with Fr. Aaron, followed by a soup and salad supper. The event is free and open to all women. For more information and to register, please check out the flyer. 

Room Parent Meeting: There will be a Room Parent Meeting on Thursday at 6 p.m. in the STEM Room. Thank you to everyone who has volunteered!


Looking ahead to the week of September 20:
Culver's Night Out: Culver's Night Out is on Monday, September 21 from 5-8 p.m. at the Hartland location! Mention you're with St. Charles so that we will receive 10% of the evening's sales. 

Safe Environment Training: Individuals interested in volunteering in our school must complete Safe Environment Training through the Archdiocese of Milwaukee. We will be hosting a training session at St. Charles on Tuesday, September 22. Training sessions are also available at local parishes if you are unable to attend at St. Charles. More information and registration can be found on their website

Pizza Lunch: Our 8th Graders are sponsoring our pizza lunch fundraiser on Wednesday, September 23! Please print and submit the order form to the School Office by Friday, September 18Sorry, no late orders will be accepted. Please note, no hot lunch will be served on Wednesday, September 23.
NEWS & NOTES
Yearbook Photo Proofs: Yearbook photo proofs have been sent home with students. They are in a new format this year and are about the size of a business envelope. Please approve your child's yearbook photo and return it to the School Office or have your child take a new photo at our Picture Retake Day on Wednesday, September 30. Contact the School Office with any questions.
