Reminders For The Last Full Week Of School Before Easter Break
It's another busy week so mark your calendars
Culver's Night Out: St. Charles Night at Culver's in Hartland is Monday, April 8. Stop in for dinner or dessert between 5 pm and 8 pm and mention St. Charles and 10 percent of the sales from the evening will be donated by Culver's to the parish and school. Offer good for dine in or carry out!
Almsgiving For Lent: The Student Council is collecting items to donate to Capuchin Community Services. Each grade has been assigned a different item to collect. Students were given small brown paper bags last week which can be used to carry the items that will be brought back to school. The deadline to bring in the items is Friday, April 12.

5K -- Washcloth/Baby Wipes
1st Grade -- Lip Balm
2nd Grade -- Kleenex
3rd Grade -- Hand/Body Lotion
4th Grade -- Toothpaste, toothbrush or dental floss
5th Grade --- Deodorant/Body Wash
6th Grade -- Toilet Paper
7th Grade -- Shampoo or Conditioner
8th Grade --- Soap/Dish Soap
Band Fest: On Tuesday, April 9 our beginning and advanced band students will take part in the 4th Annual Lake Country Catholic Schools Band Fest run by our band instructor Connie Fellows. Band students from St. Charles will perform at St. Anthony on the Lake in Pewaukee in the morning at 10:15 am and then come to St. Charles for an afternoon performance at 1 pm. A third performance will take place in the evening on Wednesday, April 10th at 6:30 pm at St. Jerome's in Oconomowoc. We are very much looking forward to seeing our band students perform with our fellow Lake Country Catholic schools. If you would like to attend the St. Charles concert please check in with the School Office when you arrive.
Rosary Group Wednesday, April 10: Join us at 8:30 am as we pray for our school, our students, our families, our staff and any other personal intentions. We welcome everyone to the Rosary Group. Please meet in the Life Teen Cafe.
Living Stations of the Cross on Friday, April 12: This is a beautiful tradition that has our 4th Graders re-enacting the story of the passion. The stations will be re-enacted at 2:30 pm with a repeat at 7 pm. Learn more HERE. All are welcome.
Palm Sunday Procession: Come for the 11 am Mass and younger kids have the opportunity to dress in costumes for the opening procession. This is a St. Charles tradition. Learn more HERE.
Silent Entrance On Monday, April 8: Once again we will have Silent Entrance and Silent Exit each week during Lent. As your children enter school Monday morning please remind them to be calm and quiet and to make minimal noise as they enter their classrooms. We will have a Silent Exit on Friday, April 12 at dismissal.
School Masses This Week: Grades 4K through 4th Grade attend Mass Tuesday, April 9 with the 2nd Grade leading. Students in 5th through 8th Grades will attend Thursday, April 11 with 6th Graders leading. Please join us for Mass each day which begins at 8:30 am.
