  • When and how can we apply? 

Applications for the 2024-2025 school year will open on January 15, 2024. Visit our Admissions page for more information. 

  • What is the enrollment process?

Applications are submitted online through FACTS, our student information system. Once your application has been accepted by Principal Garvey, you will receive an email from FACTS to complete your enrollment online.  

  • Is there a waiting list?

Our 3K and 4K programs tend to fill up quickly! In the event a grade level reaches capacity, we do offer waiting lists for families. 

  • What is the tuition cost?

Tuition varies depending on grade level and how many days your child attends if they are in preschool. Tuition information for the 2024-2025 school year will be available in March 2024.

  • Is financial aid offered?

It is our mission to provide Catholic education to all in our community, including those who might need assistance with tuition. Please contact Principal Garvey for more information. 

  • Do you need to be parish members to apply to St. Charles School? 

You do not need to be a parishioner to apply to our school. New families who are not yet parishioners will receive our parishioner discount for tuition for their first year at St. Charles. In order to continue receiving the discount, though, you must be parishioners before your second year at our school.

  • How many students does St. Charles have?

There are 340 students enrolled at St. Charles for the 2023-2024 school year.

  • What is the student-to-teacher ratio?

The student-to-teacher ratio for the 2022-2023 school year is 16:1.


  • What preschool programs are offered?

We offer 3K and 4K programs at St. Charles! 3K students are able to attend everyday; on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays; or on Tuesdays and Thursdays. 3K students can stay for a half day (11:30 a.m. dismissal), through lunch (1 p.m. dismissal), or all day (3:25 p.m. dismissal). 

Students in 4K attend everyday but are able to stay for a half day (11:30 a.m. dismissal), through lunch (1 p.m. dismissal), or all day (3:25 p.m. dismissal)

  • What Special classes does St. Charles offer?

We offer Physical Education, Art, Spanish, Music, and STEM classes. Academic Support, Guidance, and a Reading Specialist are also available. 

  • Do students attend Mass?

Students in 3K through 4th Grade attend Mass most Tuesday mornings at 8:30 a.m., and 5th through 8th Grade students attend Mass most Thursday mornings at 8:30 a.m. Students also attend our all-school Masses, which usually occur once a month.

  • Are there teaching aides in classrooms?

There are full-time teaching aides in our preschool classrooms as well as in many of our elementary classrooms. There is also a full-time teaching aide in our middle school. 

  • When do students start wearing uniforms?

Students in 5K and above wear uniforms. Students are able to wear spirit wear tops on most Wednesdays, as well, with uniform bottoms. Dress down passes are also sold throughout the school year for students who would like out-of-uniform days.

  • Is there a hot lunch program? 

Our hot lunch program is run in partnership with the Kettle Moraine School District. 


Student & Parent Life:
  • What athletics and extracurriculars are offered?

We offer a variety of athletic programs as well as extracurriculars! From Volleyball, Basketball, and Cheerleading to Homework Club, Choir, and participating in our Spring Musical, students have many opportunities to get involved. 

  • How can parents get involved at St. Charles?

We love having parents help in our lunch room, library, health room, and Art/STEM Lab. We also appreciate volunteer help at events. You are able to join our Home & School Association, as well. There are many ways to get involved! 

  • How can new families meet other school families?

We host our Popsicles in the Park event in August for families to meet not only each other but also some of our staff members. All new families are also paired with a Buddy Family, who will reach out to you before school starts and will arrange a day and time for your families to meet up. Volunteering and attending events are also great opportunities to meet new people!
